Now Hiring...Office Administrator

EXIT Realty Homefront in Zimmerman, MN is looking for an outgoing and organized Office Administrator to join our team!


This individual will be responsible for the following:

  • Greeting visitors
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Communicating with and assisting office REALTORs
  • Maintaining EXIT’s social media presence
  • Assisting with the maintenance of office files and records
  • General office cleaning
  • Planning office events
  • Other administrative tasks assigned by the Broker/Owner 


The Office Administrator must be outgoing, organized and dependable. The Office Administrator wil be expected to work with individuals at every level of the company.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has previous receptionist or office administrative experience (in a real estate environment is a +)
  • Is professional in appearance and on the phone
  • Has the ability to multi-task
  • Follows directions but takes the lead when necessary


This is currently a 15-20 hour per week position with the possibility of becoming a full time position within the coming year.

Starting pay depends on candidate qualifications and experience.

All job offers are contingent on passing a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
